Said its one of the best locally owned places in town

Serves great BBQ chili and etc

They didnt give location but old part of town

Tip Top Cafe is good. It's one of those places that's lots and lots of locals have been going to for years. It is located inside Loop 410 on Fredericksburg Rd, on the left. Don't blink or you WILL miss it.
Good chicken fried steak, of course.

Food Network had a show on a while back that featured a place in San Antonio that served "the world's best breakfast taco" I don't remember the name of it. It was owned and operated by a lady who immigrated here from Greece. She had no background in Mexican food but that didn't stop her from opening a Mexican food resturant. Dang, I wish I could think of the name of it so I could look it up and eat there sometime. :doh:
