To prevent a stroke or brain hemorrage I want all of you FANS to know of a rule change.

Effective this year, there will no longer be a 5 yard grabbing the facemask penalty. If a hand grabs the mask but there is no turning, twisting, or jerking of the mask, a penalty may not be called. It will be a judgemnet call and all penalties will be 15 yards.

also in college fb the will install the NFL rule where a 40 sec clock will start as soon as the play is over...
