Teen sues choir teacher who called her 'ugly' and 'brat' during classroom altercation
A 14-year-old girl is suing her choir teacher because the woman allegedly called her an "ugly" "brat" before kicking her -- literally -- out of a classroom at Mount Miguel High School in San Diego, according to the Union-Tribune.
An attorney for the teen, who's seeking more than $75,000 in damages, tells the paper that she "suffered physical pain and emotional distress." The teacher and her employers wouldn't comment on the merits of the lawsuit, according to the paper.
