I don't see how they can send the transcipts OVERNIGHT mail and the NCAA say they haven't received them....surely somebody has tracked it, and if it says it has been delivered, they should be able to tell who signed for it!

How did the NCAA screw him? :confused: :confused: Of course, it should maybe have been noticed sooner, but they can't give full eligibility until final transcripts are received.
