This movie looks so freakin awesome. The reviews are great too. I wish I could see it this weekend but I'm gonna have to wait week.

Speaking of Christian Bale, have you guys seen the teaser trailer for Terminator: Salvation. It comes out next summer.

Had an early showing tonight and I will say it was the best movie I've seen in a VERY long time.

See, I don't know. I never got in to any of them previous flicks, but I want to say a new story line, but I could be completely wrong. The movie was great and Heath Ledger really did do an amazing job in the movie. I have no doubt he'll see some nominations.

I'll probably give it a few weeks to let the crowds die down before I see it.

BTW I really liked Batman Begins. It's my favorite Batman movie so far.

Just watched Batman Begins. I wasn't really a fan of the Batman movies after Keaton/Burton departed, but after being assured by more than a few friends that the new storyline was really good I gave it a shot.

I was not disappointed. I am now ready to watch The Dark Knight! :cheerl: :nerd:

Just saw it today..... it was a masterpiece. lived up to the expectations I had for it and even more! Ledger was fantastic, The joker wasnt supposed to be funny but there were still a few moments where it gave some laughter. This storyline is very very in depth and can be hard to follow at times. or atleast it was for me. I wouldnt advise taking any concession or bathroom breaks because you will likely miss something important. I better stop now before I throw a spoiler out there. but yeah just go see it! You will not be dissapointed!

it just depends how ur kid takes in scary/freaky movies...the joker definately is creepy and could possibly give a 9 year old nightnmares

Saw it last night and I agree with all that saw it. It was freakin Awesome! Puts the others to shame. Don't blink.....you may miss something; pretty much non stop action. Ledger was absolutely brilliant; one of the best played villians that I've seen and definately deserves an Oscar nomination. Gonna have to buy it when it comes out on DVD for sure. If you get a chance....definately go see it :2thumbsup

Heath was great. Good movie.

My fav part was when he was blowing up the hospital and the remote wasn't working. That look was priceless.

i was at the midnight showing

and i dont think it was over rated at all whoever said that.

When Heath Ledger died, it really didn't bother me. Yeah it was sad someone died that young. But i didn't lose any sleep over it.

After seeing his performance in the movie and at the end while hanging upside down and telling batman

"you know....you and I.....are ment to do this forever."

That really struck a nerve with me, the fact that it was quite possibly one of the best performances i've ever seen, and there can never be a follow up to that.

He deserves an Oscar....there was no Heathe Ledger in that movie....just Joker.

Last night there were some really young kids watching.

I will take your word for it. It is not so much the violence, as the character of the Joker and the dark themes that might get him thinking. Thanks, I will preview it alone and then make a good judgement call. Appreciate your honesty. I like that clip of the batman carrying the bomb. Hey, catwomen was hot back then and Michell Phiper was no sloutch.:inlove:
