Has anyone ever got telemarketing calls on their cell phone?

I've had three today. Any idea how to get rid of them for good?

Place cell number on government do not call list is about the only way.

I have my home number and my cell number on the new do not call list and I still get the call about my car warranty expiring on my cell phone.

I am hoping that they will eventually stop.

It can take up to 4-6 weeks, but it will die down. After that time, get the name of any company that calls and send it in. Usually, if you even just mention to the telemarketer, they'll freak out and put a note in their system.

I just go ahead and answer it and hand it off to my 3 year old.

Ask them what time they eat supper and what their home # is so that you can call them back at a time that's more convenient for you. :devil:

I've had three today. Any idea how to get rid of them for good? You could always call and get your cell # changed. I had a guy leave my phone number as a reference # to companies and i was rampaged by bill collectors and whatnot so I just changed it.
