protein
lean lunch meats
peanuts - non salted
muscle milk ready to drink chocolate shakes - get them at sam's cheap and they taste awesome
get the roasted chickens they sale - they're already cooked and cheap
thin round steak - cooks in like 3 minutes in a pan

seasoned catfish

carbs, snacks, and other sides
oatmeal
potatoes
mac and cheese - use fat free milk and fake butter
spaghetti
green beans

Pick up a Men's Health magazine... always has several good, healthy, easy to fix recipes for guys (like you!). Should be able to get it at Wally World.
