I just purchased it and in my first game i'm playing UT/Tech and at halftime i'm up 35-3.

I need to find some good sliders, this is way to easy.

I put them in the CPUs favor trying to experiment but it didn't help. I threw a pick 6 with 1:30 left up 16-10 against OU, I was Baylor. Came down to the last play on the 2 yard line, stuffed my RB at the 1 on a swing pass.

I have this game and the very first game I played went into OT tied at 17-17. As soon as the clock ran out in the 4th qt, the game stopped playing and just went into camera mode and wouldn't play so I had to turn it off. I was pissed.

From what I have seems with my three games played on 09.....offense is too easy....and Defense is kinda difficult

alright guys...I like the NCAA games but normally only get the game every 2 years...I have NCAA 2008 on PS3 and to be honest at first it was cool but then I got other PS3 games and figured out that it was lacking in many areas compared to them....So did EA make the game different enough this year on PS3 to buy it if I have last year's version or what?

i dont want to waste 60 bucks and have basically the same game w/ updated rosters....

How good is Kansas in this game?

I usuablly buy it every year, and IMO '09 is way better than '08. graphics are more realistic, game play is 100 times better. You should buy it it is completely different than '08

Gameplay isn't 100 times better, its actually really broken but if like winning every game 100-0 then it won't matter. The wide open gameplay is really just idiot defenders. Good sliders should solve that though and is EA is working on a patch already to fix some issues like the QB never throwing past 20 yards

I think the gameplay is better with realistic tackles and nice catches and whatnot but I think EA took a step backwards as far as fundamental gameplay.

Things like your PR guy will field a punt in the end zone rather than backing off. Wth?

Inside the tackles running sucks too because if there is a defender, he will tackle you. There is no bursting through the hole like there used to be. Also, I don't like the system for playcalling again, but it is what it is.

Also, I wish the D didn't blitz EVERY play. I mean c'mon.

There are some improvements, better catching animations, and when you dive he will reach the ball for whatever marker you need to get to.

As a whole, they just dumbed down the defense to make the offense easier. I am 6-1 in a dynasty with Baylor, my only loss I choked against OU in the last 2 minutes up 6.

if he does in real life i hope he shows a lot more fire and desire than he did last year....it was pathetic to watch last year at times....

Briles has a history of starting true freshmen so I wouldnt be shocked if Griffin started...also he did bring Kirby Freeman in from Miami and he only has one year so he might start him as well to give Griffin a redshirt year....the only thing that is certain is Griffin is poised to be the QB of the future for Baylor....
