iTunes help

i've tried a couple of things, but need some help please.

we've downloaded some songs within the past couple of days. Started to burn a CD but itunes says that two of our songs could not be used b/c the original file couldn't be found.

what's up with this? i've never seen this before.

It most likely means that the file (song) has either been moved or deleted. I would try to search for the song on your hard drive. If you find it, note where it is located and import the song into itunes.

Check your itunes store to see if the files were transfered. If not contact them and they will arrange for the files to be resent.

First, are you sure they were COMPLETELY downloaded?? I had an issue where a couple of songs ONLY got about 95-98% downloaded. Thru some trial and error, I figured it out. It was my firewall that was keeping me from completely downloading those songs.
