But a marathon...12 hours of law AND order....that's not an everyday ocurrence!

I'll be taking in a fireworks display tonight, cooking burgers on the grill along with popping fireworks for my family tomorrow, and will probably surprise my daughters with a trip to Splash Kingdom on Saturday (if they're open). My girls have been begging to go, but we haven't told them when yet.

I'm currently working on a fire helicopter out of Granbury due to the dry weather. Things have been quiet the last couple of days fire wise but all that will change tomorrow. Please be careful with your fireworks as I want to continue to be bored.

If you do start a fire and see a big red helicopter fighting the fire, be sure that I will be cursing you under my breath (and thanking you at the same time for the overtime).

Seriously, be careful, I know fireworks are cool but it's so easy to start a fire and/or get hurt.

Remember, Only you can prevent forest fires........... sbear

You'll be hard-pressed finding anything worth eating in LH. Best try is Dahlia's at 1869, the middle light. Other than that, you have your choice of mexican, mexican, bbq, subway, mexican, bbq (off of 183), and mexican, respectfully from your direction. Oops, forgot Star Burger in the midst.
