I talked to one of the parents that was at the game. He said the freshmen did well. He also said the varsity didn't do too well and quote "lost". That's all I got.

SintonFan, wife emailed back and said this was wierd three-way deal. Offense scrimmaged Beeville and Defense scrimmaged Kingsville. May not be able to read too much from this one. She said defense looked shaky but offense looked good, I think it's probably the other way around, so asked her to verify.

I have never been to a 3 way scrimage, but they seem to be getting popular. Seems kinda stange to me.

I've been to one before. It all depends on how the coaches from the three schools want to run it. The one I saw had Brownsville Hanna, Raymondville, and Kingsville (if I remember the last one correctly) They ran 3, 10 play series all against each other. Basically, everyone involved scrimmaged everyone else. Was a lot of fun.

Thanks for the info on the 3 way. I think I will seek one out. May be a little late this year, but maybe I can find one.

Actually, what you can do is keep whoever you're scrimmaging this week on your schedule, find a team who has an open scrimmage date, and then consult with the coach from the team who is already on the schedule and see if he'll agree to adding the 3rd team to the scrimmage.

Ok, here's the scoop, 2nd scrimmage went almost opposite the first. Offense looked good against #1 Beeville defense. Scored once and was knocking on the door a second time when the changeover came. Defense looked sluggish against #1 Kingsville offense, but gave up only one score on a long run from an option play. Raymondville may give us a good test.

Agree with ya there 66.Raymondville likes to run that Wishbone so it may give Sinton some fits. But they should be able to keep em down to a couple scores.
