i rode every ride at fiesta texas a few weeks back. as fast as those rides go, I can only imagine at how awful that must have looked. instantaneous at least

Yes very sad but ignorant. The kid climbs two walls and enters a restricted area all the while avoiding all the Do Not Enter signs. All this for a hat? I don't see why he couldn't have asked an employee to retrieve his hat. All of this could have been avoided.

Lawyer: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, we know that this young man had to climb 2 8 foot tall fences and disregarded several warning signs, but had those fences been 12 foot tall and had razor wire on top of them this tragic and obviously negligent incident could have been avoided all together.
