I downloaded this demo on PS3 yesterday, and fell in love with it. The game play is a thousand times better than last year's, tackling more realistic better graphics "not everybody looks the same size", the movements are better , its not hard to pass like in '08 where throwing to wide open recievers was a task. Because it is a demo though i didn't get to look at everything!! But it is definetely a must buy!!

I just hope the super easy underneath passing was because of the level being set on varsity.

Yeah it prob was, I really like the screen passing game, you don't have to run 20 yards backwards just for it to work!!

Yep, surprised it lasted this long, almost 1.5 years.

The repair center is in Dallas, so shipping time will only be a couple of days.

I read online that there is a book out that tells you how to fix the lights of death, without having to send it off to a repair shop. There's also a trick that's on youtube. You wrap the 360 in 2 towels for 15-20 minutes with the power on and overheat the unit. Then you unwrap the unit and power it back on and it works.

If that would even work, it's still only temporary, the part will eventually melt off again. Sending it in they put a redesigned one on

My stepson had to send his in twice before it got fixed, and it took forever to get it back.

Same thing happened to me. But it only took about a week and half to get it back the first time, then after 10 minutes of playing it when i got it back it went dead again. So i sent it back again for the 2nd time and 4 days later i got it back. and I havent had a problem since. 2 things to help prevent it from overheating are 1) keep it off the floor/carpet. set it on a cardboard box or platform so as the carpet doesnt insulate the heat on the bottom and 2) plug it directly into a wall outlet, not a power strip. The worst part about dealing with microsoft is the freakin durka durka phone reps that are probably talking to you from kazakistan or somewhere that barely know english or they do, but they say about 19 words a second and you cant understand them!!!! that pisses me off.

I think really think a messed up copy of a game broke it. I hadn't turned it on in a week and even then it was for 30 minutes.
