Start by trying to spray water on it. If that does not work, you can buy a steamer and it will do the job

Downy + Water + spray bottle = removal

(it also helps if you have a paper 'tiger' one of those things you roll around the paper and it pokes little holes in it so the stuff can penetrate the paper better)

I have done this a lot of times....it is tedious, but it works!

Trust me this works MUCH better than a steamer. Put in 2 parts softer per 1 part water and let it set up for about 5 minutes. It is not the easiest way to clean up, but it will definitely get it off.:D

NOPE! YOU SHOULD HIRE ONE OF THESE LADIES TO DO THE DIRTY WORK SINCE THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE REMOVAL OF WALLPAPER!
