This game is slowly dying. The have got to get some type of Corporate sponsor to put more money into it. This game used to fill Memorial Stadium. I bet there was maby 3,000 people there last night, and it was a good game. The Shriner's in this area have got to get on the ball and get the Oil Bowl back to where it used to be.

There was more than 3000 people last night, the Texas side had a good crowd we estimated at 5k just on their side.

Oil Bowl needs to be moved IMO. No one wants to go to Wichita Falls, its not a destination point. They should rotate between OKC and DFW.

My dad owned a glass shop and we used to have to go every year and remove a piece of Glass in the press box for ABC back when they were televising it.

I agree. I think you have to have family or business in WF to even want to go. Abilene is the same way.
