Now that Hutto is moving up to 4A. They spent only 6 years in 3A. If I remember correctly maybe SLC had a shorter stay? Any others?

:D :D :D Actually when I read the title for some reason I thought you were talking about opening up and shutting down. I was going to say Wilmer Hutchins

Crap...I could have sworn they were in Forney's district in 2003 when I graduated.

aww...darn it...we played Horn in 2002 and 2003, but they weren't in our district. Then we played a playoff game at Horn's home stadium in 2002.

I'm an idiot.

But you all already knew that.

Here's the 342 different schools that have spent time in 3A since 1980 and their win-loss records. The far right column lists how many years each school competed in 3A so that should answer your question.

Ft. Worth Diamond Hill-Jarvis, 16 years in 3A and a 12.8 winning percentage

Hunington, 24 years in 3A and a 11.8 winning percentage.
