I was just looking at some of the district pages for R3 and they're pretty blank. Is that because there is not enough info or that the info just hasn't been put up yet? I know a little about some of the teams.
Also, as far as district previews go, does one person write those for each district or can X amount of people contribute to one district's preview?
Just a newb wondering.
