M. Night Shamalala is pretty darn good. He should go back and remake some of those Steven King duds (ie. Maximum Overdrive and such, he would do a great job on those) or continue on Unbreakable. That would be pretty cool.

He did direct Maximum Overdrive. The only ones he has produced have been the made for tv movis/miniseries. Plus he does lots of cameos.

Did you know that The Happening was also the name of a movie that came out in 1967. I saw this movie and it was very funny. It starred Anthony Quinn, Michael Parks (later famous in Then Came Bronson on tv) and Faye Dunnaway who was shortly afterward to hit big time as Bonnie in the movie Bonnie and Clyde.

Great news! The 1967 movie called The Happening will be shown on TCM on July 10, 2008 (Thursday) at 2:45 P.M. Thrilling news indeed!
