There were indeed four (4) 911 calls within the first minute. I still agree with the lack of concern. Someone should have stopped traffic and someone else should have checked on him at the very least. It doesn't take any medical knowledge whatsoever to to do the right thing. What if that was your wife, husband, son, daughter, mother, father, wouldn't you want someone to at least kneel by their side and pray for them?
