Not sure if you are old enough to remember this...;)

but quite a few years back there used to be a problem with people driving over the Harbor Bridge and throwing rocks (literally, with their hand) across the median into oncoming traffic. It happened numerous times and several people were seriously injured by rocks coming through their windshield. Anyway, the fencing they added to the top of the median took care of that particular problem.....

the meanness seems to continue to escalate...rocks, bb guns, shotguns ...wonder what will be next.:dispntd:

They have taken a lot of that fencing down.

I call for sterilization and thet would eventually solve a lot of the problems.
