Thanks Eagle08for the link. it looks like the Eagles are going to be out of the playoffs. Unless a miricale happens. Lorena is killing my Eagles 10-0 after 3 innings.Lorena is for real eek!

Final Lorena 13 BH 1 in 5. Thank you Barbers Hill for an Outstanding Season. 3rd year in a row Lorena has Drop my Eagles. Good luck to Lorena what a great team.

Congrats on an awesome season BH Eagles! Good luck to all of the seniors, no matter what your futures hold!
What can you say about Lorena? WOW! They are a solid, talented, relentless team. We helped them with mistakes and they punished us. I'll be rooting for you guys the rest of the way. Go get'em Region -III.

To Barbers Hill: You folks had a very good season! How many Seniors will you graduate and what are their playing positions...I am just guessing that you will be OK next season.

Old Card: We will lose 8 seniors - 6 starters, Pitcher/OF, OF, P/3rd, 2nd, catcher, utilty IF. We have some good prospects coming up though. There is a catcher and possibly a good pitcher moving in. But one can never count on those until it happens and you get to see the quality of the player.
How about BC?

You have a good JV program at BH, so with a lot of hard work you can be ready..... BC loses Brian "Frenchy" French at 1B, Jamey Knight SS, Derek Blacksher Pitcher, and several others whose names excape me....We should be OK, except we will be relying to a great extent on two Sophomore Pitchers who are really dandys-but as you know, young ones are a little more prone to mistakes. Ben Myers, present Catcher, will be a Junior next year; along with Hunter Hays who had a fabulous Sophomore season this year. Hunter has the College scouts already looking at him because he hits so many Homeruns. Our HD, Vincent, was a Sophomore this year.... Hardin-Jefferson and Hamshire-Fannett will be stiff competition next season, because they were young this time. Maybe next year we can play for the Region III Championship between BC & BH.

Old Card,
The three seniors you listed are the only ones the Cardinals will lose. The rest are underclassmen.
