First off congrats to Burnet on a great year...you guys have a great team and will be back next year...
Everman's defense was the key...the line did a great job of getting pressure on McGee and the Everman secondary was unreal today..they did an awesome job in pass coverage!! On Offense what more can you say about Michael Benton and Johnathan Harrell...wow...and don't forget Theo Miller who had over 100 yards rushing and the battering ram JJ Jennings who had 60 tough yards....the game was saddened by the serious injury to Everman senior Free Safety Corey Fulbright..who breaking up a pass hit Burnet RB Patrick Miller and lay motionless on the turf for 10 minutes..my thoughts and prayers are with Corey...
