just used a paper cutter from lighthouse for the blind in s.a., how do these fine americans test these things?:thinking:

I wondered about the same thing with the pens and pencils. When I worked for a state agency we always ordered pens from them and they NEVER worked. I finally figured there was a breakdown with the quality control at the Lighthouse For the Blind. How did they know if the pen actually was writing or not?:confused:
