What would be your #1 question to ask a potential candidate for your school's Head Football coaching position if it was/ is open?
Just curious..... since everyone is buzzing about jobs being open, hirings, firings, etc.

Are you going to keep our successful softball and baseball and other successful coaches in other sports on the staff?

(This is probably mainly if he is hired as athletic director.)
