If you move to Venezuela...just stay away from Turkey, where gas will cost you $11.29 in American dollars per gallon, and France, where it's $9.66.

I for one am not moving to Venezuela. Period, the end. Not even for 12 cent gas. No way, no how, no thank you Hugo.

I wouldn't buy Citgo (Hugo's Brand) if they were selling it for 12 cents a gallon and giving a dollar a gallon credit with it.

Oh, I would. That would mean he is losing probably $3 per gallon on the price plus paying me another $1 to take it. Hugo wouldn't last long at that rate. Maybe you should suggest it to him.

When I lived in Kuwait City back in ....crap...I guess that would have been 03 or 04.....if I remember correctly gas was about $0.48 a gallon....and I drove a Mitsubishi Galant w/ the 4 banger. LOL. Those were the days.
