I'll try to do one each day (Monday - Friday)

proximity

DEFINITION: (noun) the state, quality, sense, or fact of being near.
EXAMPLE: Neighborhood residents were angry over the proximity of the sewage plant to the local school.
SYNONYMS: closeness, nearness

As in "we have no proximity to 3A football right now"?

I know, one of the pitfalls of early June - just wait a few more weeks..... It will be non-stop football talk before we know it....... I can't wait ;)

The day the DCTF magazine is first spotted and the rankings are listed....THAT seems to be what kicks off "football season" on this board!!:D
