I dozed off after 2 OT's...looks like I was 9:57 too early. It's heading back to Pittsburgh.

I stayed up through 4 OT's with the Stars earlier in the playoffs and 5 minutes into OT this game felt like it was gonna be a 3+ OT game. I just can't do that for wing! ;)

My favorite play in hockey is when the Red Wings are up by
one goal with a minute left on their home ice. The other team
pulls their goalie and Detroit scores on an empty netter to
"ice"(:D) the game.

I'm watching the game. It's closing in on a minute to play in the
third. I'm waiting for the announcers to say the Pens have
sent Fleury to the bench. They say nothing about it. It gets to
forty seconds left and still they don't mention whether Fleury is
on the bench. I'm wondering is it an empty net? Are the Pens
playing with a man advantage?

Damn! It's tied!:mad: :(


I managed to last through two overtimes. I fell asleep at the
start of the third. I got the news this morning on ESPN.

Man I really wanted them to hoist the cup last night in Detroit.:(

They did quickly mention just before a minute out that they pulled Fleury. They had 3 guys on the blue line and 3 in front of the net.

Even after taking both sets of pain meds last night :rolleyes: I still managed to stay up to see the game winning goal! :D
