I look for Coach Phil Jackson to retire. If not this year for sure after next year. Then I look for the Lakers to go all out to hire Coach Scott of New Orleans.

I forgot to mention that also this would make Coach Phil Jackson the all time leading coach in NBA titles. That might be incentive for him to retire even though he might just try to go for an 11th one next year to make it difficult for the next coach to catch him.
