Game 4 Spurs vs Lakers tonight on TNT at 8 P.M.

This is a critical game especially for the Spurs because they can even the series tonight at home. If the Lakers win they will have a 3 - 1 advantage and have two of the last three games if needed at home. I look for the Lakers to play extra tough and for a close game that may not be decided till the final two minutes and maybe even the final seconds. But it is a must win for the Spurs. Charles Barkley says if the Spurs lose they can't win this series. Go Spurs!

This game could even the series at 2 - 2 which is very important for the Pistons and Lakers in that the Western Conference will go to at least six games and not enable the winner to have as much rest. If the Lakers win they would be up 3 - 1 and could have much incentive to close it out in 5 games and have a big rest advantage.

I agree Sweetwater Red. I would think the Pistons and Celtics would be hoping for a Spurs win for that same reason.

Now that Manu has reawakend, I look for the Spurs to win this one. They almost pulled off the win in game 1 without him doing much, and got blown out in game 2 when he stunk up the joint the entire game. However goes Manu, so goes the Spurs. Timmy just has to be steady, and Parker has to make good decisions and attack the basket when he gets an opening. If they fire on all cylinders, they are the better team. Problem is, they do tend to sputter from time to time. And they will sputter in at least one of the remaining 4 games. It just better not be this one, or they are cooked.
