The odds overwhelmingly favor Port Isabel to be division 2 because in their district the only schools smaller than Port Isabel are Rio Hondo, Progreso and Lyford and two out of three of them would have to make the playoffs to put Port Isabel in Division 1.

I was poking fun at the fact that BanderaBlahBlah idea of Div. 2 teams is that they should all lay down when they play a school with a larger enrollment. Had NOTHING to do with saying PI was going to play in the title game.
