How many times do you hit your snooze button?

I used to get right up when my alarm went off....but ever since I became afflicted with this pinched nerve it seems like all my best sleep comes in the morning, I am finding myself hitting that sucker at least 4 - 5 times before I finally get up!!

This is actually multiple choice if more than one answer works!

I wake up before the alarm 99.5% of the time but I always set it just in case.

That is how my husband is. I may hear his alarm go off once a month or so!!

I'm glad to know that I am not the only who hits my snooze eleventy-three times!!

What bugs me is.....people who set their clocks fast.

My brother's clock is 45 minutes fast, so I always get so confused when I am in his room and look at that clock!

If my alarm goes off and my clock is set 45 minutes fast, then I know I have an extra 45 minutes.....why not just keep your clock at the right time and set your alarm 45 minutes earlier than you WANT to get up!!

My question is why is the snooze alarm set to go off every NINE
minutes?

I had a little travel alarm clock that the snooze was 4 minutes....almost wasn't even worth it.

My son bought an alarm clock a couple of months ago and you can set the time of the snooze on it, anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes!!!

My snooze button has a mushroom head, like a spike thats been driven in solid rock with 16 lb sledge hammer. I wear that sucker out.:D

When I was single, I set the alarm clock on the other side of the room so that I'd have to physically get up to turn it off, otherwise, I'd fall asleep again on my own from time to time.

Now that I'm married, my wife wakes me up most mornings because she gets up before I do (takes her longer to get ready!)

I almost have to use the snooze. But its ironic because my alarm dang near sends me into a panic attack when it goes off...so does the phone when it rings. I sure used my snooze this morning, those few minutes were all I got pretty much

I was a 2 time snoozer this morning, up before 7:00 and completely ready to go by 7:30......so I have wasted the last 20 minutes on here because I don't have to be at work until 8:30!!

SNOOZE?? Yeah, every chance I get.

Oh, wait a minute. This thread is about the snooze button. In that case, I usually just hit it once, but have been known to hit it 2 to 3 times depending on how tired I am. I get up at least 20-30 minutes before my wife............mainly 'cause I have some business about that time in the morning.....if you know what I mean. :D The business also prevents me from being able to sleep in on weekends and days off, too.:dispntd:
