It all comes down to the 3rd Qtr for the Spurs. They have been ahead of all 3 road games at the half only to get destroyed in the 3rd Qtr. Here is hoping Tim & Co. can get it right tonight.

I just don't think the old guys are gonna get it done. I hope I'm wrong but without the homecourt, I don't see it.

So Boston and Detroit are 1 & 2? Neither has been impressive so far. I'd say Lakers, Boston, NO, Spurs, Detroit in that order and I'm no lakers fan. I think NO beats the spurs tonight. Kobe/Gasol/Odom too much in the West finals and in the championship. If the Lakers can win on the road in Utah they can win in Boston. Seems to be Kobe's year although I hope not.

Boston has yet to win one game on the road..I cannot put them as the number 2 team when thru two rounds they are 0-6 on the road

Bostons is 25-5 against the West. Detroit is 22-8 against the
West. Neither team fears anyone from the West.

And in the words of the "great" Stephen A. Smith a few days
ago..."Detroit has proven all season long that they can beat
anybody..anywhere".

Spurs could be in trouble because Stephen A. Smith says the Hornets are going to win. :(

Detroit and Boston compiled their records against the rock
solid Western Conference.

SA, NO, and LA compiled their records against the Eastern
Conference which includes 9 bottom feeders.

Anytime he says something positve about the Pistons he's
"great". The other 99.5% of the time that he opens his mouth...
not so much.:evillol: :D

I remember a similar qoute from Darrell Royal comparing TCU to the cockroach:

“It’s not so much what he gets into and carries away but what he falls into and messes up.”
