football sim game

I don't know if this has been posted but here is a cool football sim game. You create a player and join a team. You don't play like madden. You create a player and gain experience each game. You then are able to add to agility, blocking, etc. Anyways if you are into such a thing here is my referal link.

how do you change a players height and weight on there?

I was reading something about players getting a bad draw and be able to change it. I assumed they were talking about height and weight but I do not know how to change it.

Hasn't your player played some already? I know it would be to late now.
