I predicted the Astros to be over .500 and the Rangers to be under .500.

Yea, Go me!

The Astros have started well, but the people that are struggling had better come on soon because it's a long season and Berkman and co will eventually struggle at some point.

I think they should split games between Erstad/Bourn and find ways to keep Erstad in the lineup on a daily basis.

just glad the rangers are near .500, didnt think they could compete like they have the last few weeks.

He has absolutley torn it up at the plate and he is playing some great ball.

Except I did see him mis-play a ball in center field the other night.

Astros a little high in my opinion. I don't see how the Red Sox and Angels are both more than five spots behind the Astros.

Rangers are probably right around where they belong, but if they keep up what the've done the last three weeks, they'll keep making a push up the charts.

Sending Lee was stupid...very stupid. Could have had second and third with two outs where another hit gives you the lead. It would have taken an overthrow for Lee to have been safe. When you've got the pitcher on the ropes, keep him there.

Won't be happening. We own his rights for 5 years. He's on a one year deal that's close to the minimum and we can pick up an option for it next year. He's eligible for arbitration from 2010-2012 but not eligible for free agency until 2013. No worries about Hamilton being signed away...

I was there, my best friend is an Astros fan and we kept giving each other heck durin the game. She startted to talk again when the game wass tied. It was a great game, fun game to go to... The triple that Kinsler hit was coming right at us, and Young's home run was just off to the left just a bit from us.

Can we get a little pitching?

It's pretty ironic that Chacon pitched 3 1/3 and gave up 8 runs (5 ER) and still gets another ND.

Lol.

No. He set the record for most consecutive no decisions to start a season. (9)

I figured that giving up 8 runs would definitley earn him a decision, but Houston rallied just so he could increase the streak, but not enough to win.

Lol.

No, you're talking about Minute Maid Park. The Rangers will really rack up the HRs in that place.
