Ty Cobb is in the HOF and by all accounts here was pretty much the worst human being who ever lived, so I'd say Clemens is probably in.

heck no... he cheated to gain an edge... and if the HOF does not include Shoeless Joe... who was never proven to have taken a bribe, or Pete Rose... who did his bad things AFTER his career as a player was over...
no way any of some of these guys get in...

Ruth is nowhere near the league of Cobb...
