Have you watched the US softball team lately? They lost that tough one to Virginia Tech 1-0. The V-tech pitcher threw a great game. Then they blew out Arizona who is one of the top teams in the NCAA. Also they had some close games against Tennessee(4-2) and Michigan(5-1).

They should do great in the Olympics. It is impossible to be up for every game and you are bound to lose one sooner are later. Fortunately the colleges they have played have played them tough and this should enable them to do well in the Olympics.

The Arizona game was about a month before the Virginia Tech game.

What's crazy is they beat Depaul 23-0 just prior (same night) to getting no hit by Tech.
