Apparently the winds managed to pick up the baseball bleachers and deposit them on the football field......

....thereby doubling the seating capacity.

:D

My sister in Marble Falls said they were under tornado watch & expecting more bad weather. Scary stuff. Y'all be safe.

We were also under the same watch almost all of the evening...

...fortuately it just rained buckets. No hail.

Don't worry so much about a tornado watch. We go under those all the time in DFW and West Texas. They just cover every county in a 100 mile radius and say "these storms during the spring could spawn a tornado." Typically you're looking at less than a 2% probability that a tornado actually comes out of the storm. On a "good night" it's 5%. Every once in a blue moon it's 10%. However, the 10% or higher numbers are usually reserved for OK/KS/NE.

It wasn't a watch, it was a warning. And funnel clouds were spotted, from the weather reports last night.

So, if that doubled the seating capacity, exactly how many folks would that make that got to see LH spank the Hippoes (39-13) last year when ya'll came to town? Not to mention when we showed up at your NICE stadium this year (52-7).

And I disagree with your beer math, if the baseball stands wound up at the football field, that would MORE than double our capacity, as Brownwood will find out this year!

Parts of Williamson and Burnet Counties took three separate shots of severe weather last night! Limbs and trees down all over the place.

Your name has now been removed from the "would be moderator" hat for improper use of "there" in a sentence! :( Oh, the shame!
