Most years all the 4x100 in 3A will not be in the 41's, that was an extremely rare year for the sprint relay. What a finish, I was there.

yeah...all of them being sub-42 seconds is blazing!

It should not be shocking now days because most teams that used to be 4a are now droping to 3a...So it is almost expected!!
