My mock realignment...

I took the liberty of making my own mock realignment...I took the 2002 numbers and added the few new schools that I know are coming aboard in 2004....so it isn't by any means perfect..let me tell you..I have new respect for what the people at the UIL do..because it is a TOUGH job..I only did 5A-3A....

Class 5A 1848 and up
Class 4A 1847-817
Class 3A 337-816

Also please forgive my geography snafus....I know it prolly isn't perfect....especially outside DFW...but feel free to comment!

Did you do a district-by-district breakdown? If so, where can I find it?

I was interested in how these alignments come about so I did alittle research on my own.To my surprise a computer actually decides the cutoff numbers a lady by the name of Beverly as I remember is who inputs the data. The first step doesn't even pair the school with its enrollment figures. Anyway it would basically be impossible to even make an educated guess as to who will or will not be in 3a to start the 2004 fall season. i guess we will just have to wait and see next year.
