Don't take Mathis lightly. They are actually pretty good. No predictions here.

Like the last round.........Cuero will not take ANY team lightly....
One game at a time,One out at a time and take evey pitch at a time. Do that and we will see in the end who the best team is.

Is this gonna be a one game playoff or 3 game series? It should be pretty good regardless.

Nothing set in stone yet.
Mathis wanted a one game series,Cuero then wanted it to be in Cuero.
So both teams will meet and work it out. Today I hope........

Cuero has a deeper pitching staff. Both these teams can pile up runs in any inning.

It will be something to watch. I know Mathis has not seen a lineup with the power Cuero will have.

I'm aware of that. I'm saying they need to take care of Mathis first, then worry about Medina Valley before even thinking about Sinton.

Who is thinking about Sinton other than Gonzales?

No one, should ever look past the team they're about to play. That being said, when you've been to State and WON as many times as Sinton has, one has a tendency to look into the future.:)

I'm really looking forward to this game. Looked over the Mathis roster and I'm pretty sure I went to school with about 95% of the players' parents. As well as three out of the four Mathis baseball coaches.

For Mathis' sake, I'd like to see them win, but they will not have an easy road past the Gobblers. Size-wise/Hitting power will have Cuero on top. Of course, I haven't seen Mathis play this year and know nothing about their fielding abilities or error ratio. Anyone out there know?
