State Track Meet M&G

Based off the other two threads going here is a list of people that have said they'd most likely be in Austin on Friday (5/9).

Ranger Mom & I will be there in an "official" capacity for the morning events. :nerd:

The best time for us to "M&G" would be before the running events begin. Around 5-ish maybe somewhere in the stands. haha. We'd love to meet up with as many of you as we can. If y'all want to hang out PM us your phone # so we can tell you where we are sitting. :)

All current members are more than welcome to join in the fun! :D

Yep. The NEXT 100 and 200 state champion (Kenneth Turner) and the 4x100 relay (Chase Arrendale, Will Clay, Roy Lee Sanchez and Turner). What events are Sweetwater students in?

:p We do have two boys there. Unfortunately, I won't be there to cheer for the PV'er, but am thinking about bringing "the bell" for the 400. :eek: :D Other than that, I usually just cheer for good races...oh and any other kids I happen to know.

Keke Wallace in the boys 110 and 300 meter hurdles......(District and regional champion)

Morgan Shelton in the girls triple lump

Ravenn Rudel in the girls 200 meter dash

I looked at Keke's times against the rest of the field in the 110 meter hurdles. There is
only .28 of a second difference between him and the best time.

I might ride up for the meet. My little cousin will be running. She will be representing Ingleside and I BELIEVE will be running the 100m. Also a close friend of the family's daughter will be throwing discus for Ingleside as well.

We sat at the very top right to the north of the finish line. We actually had a little breeze up there!!:)
