The admins own the board and have WAY more power than the mods do! For example, we mods can ban anyone we see fit, but only an admin would be able to reinstate that person.....(jason and pphsfan)

They also think that we do a fine job between the 3 of us and don't need to moderate unless one or all of us ask them to step in on our behalf!

In short....they trust us!:)
