they say the cowboys will be featured on Hard Knocks for the 2nd time!

Don't believe everything you see on that show. The Cowboys won't show their "hand" or feature young talent that they would like to slip through the final cuts & possibly bring back to the team.

Yes they do, but the Cowboys aren't dumb enough to give the other teams the inside advantage on their player personnel. I actually helped the Cowboys in 2002 when they came over to practice with the Texans. There were times when the cameras weren't allowed & Jerry Jones has the final say on what will be shown on HBO. Great show, but don't believe everything.
