Giddings won the coin toss so it will be a best 2 of 3 series

Kingwood coach chose Schulte field at Hohlt Park in Brenham. Nice field but not much seating, so bring your chairs. Good place to sit in the outfield too.

Friday May 9 @ 7 pm
3rd game if needed Sat @ 1 pm

Pretty impressive for K-Park to make the playoffs in their first year of existance, not to mention that the school serves only Freshmen & Sophomores at this time:)

Buffs impressed me in series against Wharton

They have big sticks with high runs scoring potential

They played pretty solid defense in the two games, committing no more than 2-3 errors in the two games.

I believe they tied with Tarkington. Their season record is listed as 17-5 so even though they're young, they must be pretty salty.
