Snyder Assistant Coach Headed to New Deal

Heard at church this morning that an assistant coach is leaving Chad Rogers staff. Sad thing about this is this coach is loved in the community. Even sadder his 6'4, 210 lb. son is going with him. His son was Defensive Newcomer of the Year as a soph. One of the top leading returners both offensively and defensively. This coach and son will be extremely missed in this community. I heard he has excepted a similar position at New Deal ISD up by Lubbock.

I am just shocked that someone would actually leave Snyder. I thought it was the best up and coming program in West Texas...wait make that all of Texas.

Not sure if we are talking about the same coach. His son was #11 I believe.
