Jared McNeil(sp.) from WC. He's pretty quick. Anybody know what he ran in the 100m?

I know he can beat Kennetra handily and she ran around an 11.5 something.

He's only a fish so I expect him to get much better over the next couple of years. Be on the lookout.

I know a kid in the eighth grade at a 2A school that ran 11.7 in the 100m and took second. Kid that beat him ran a 10.9, that is smoking fast for a junior high kid.

That's pretty impressive as well.

We have a kid on our 200 meter relay team that is going to state who is junior this year. As an eight grader he ran a 10.9. This year as a junior his best time was a 11.3.

Kids who mature early sometimes do not get any faster. Also, it is a heck of a lot easier to get from12.5 to 11.3 than it is from 11.3 to 10.9.

Here, let me spell it out for you. The TOP 3 PLACES at district meets qualify for the regional meet.

Well dang.

He's not as good as I think then, but he did still make it to regionals as a freshamn though.

Well crap.
