Howe does have a track record of success...wouldn't surprise me in the least.

He was never more than a marginal player and now he is strugling to be that

He's never been given consistent at bats in the majors. He was a stud at every level that he ever played regularly at, but for some reason, the Rangers never gave him more than two or three games a week to adjust.

Maybe other teams won't bite on him due to that feeling, but I can't help but feel he's really been jobbed here.
