To get you in the mood for the playoffs i suggest you go rent this film The Final Season i watched it last night and thought it was a great film, based on a true story about a school in the smallest class are on the verge of closing down by the district and the state. The remarkable thing about this school is they have 19 state titles in baseball and in their 1991 final season they won the 20th title. Something we could relate to in Texas with several schools that were closed in this decade hurting the community and its athletic programs forcing kids to attend schools near by.
