in my game, a 3-run homer in bottom of the 7th sends Plano West (26-6) to a 3-0 game #1 win over Rockwall (19-12-2) ... game #2 is tonight in Rockwall


in a high-power warmup game Forney beat Denton Ryan 3-1

in 3A Royse City beat Prosper 2-0 & Wakeland beat Ford

A big upset in 5A softball last night:

Cy-Fair defeated Katy 7-6 in a single game series. WOW!!!

An intersting side note to the Katy vs Cy-Fair game, Bellville played Cy-Fair in a warm up Tuesday and Bellville won 3-0....shows that ANYTHING can happen in softball.
