The Suns are mad about losing game one and are going to be a very angry determined team tonight. They will be playing great and not wanting to go to Phoenix without home court advantage. Plus Shaq is mad which is alarming. Scary times indeed.

I agree with every anti-Spur fan in the planet by saying the Phoenix Suns are by far the more athletic team on the court... buttttttt they can't out-play the Spurs, they can't out-hustle the spurs and as long as things stay the way they are now, they can't out-COACH the spurs...

I'm still poopin' my pants, because athleticism can go a long way, and Steve Nash is a BALLER and can make those four shots that win Phoenix the series... but Stoudamire ALWAYS gets in foul trouble, TD will either outwork or match Shaq, and GINOBILLLLLLIIIIIII comes off the bench... and there's still Horry who can come in and drop a three or few and bang the boards...

we might lose tonight, just because Phoenix is pissed and Nash makes ridiculous shots, but we'll be alright...

If you are watching this game you have to admit that POP is the best coach in the league. D'Antoni is horrible.

Spurs are still the best untill they get taken down in a complete series.

DYNASTY they are, even if they don't win it all this year which I think they will, they are still a dynasty in this time.

Spurs have it until it is taken from them. And I would love to be Tony right now, apparently Eva is "taking care of him" when he gets home :D

the Spurs looked great last night. I give Pop and the team all the credit in the world I just root against them. It isnt to do that in this series as I hate Shaq but i have justified it by my respect for Nash and Stoudamire(sp).

Haha, I envy him too. And as much of a Spurs fan as I am, I honestly never agreed with this argument. They have the team to repeat, but it's a tough row to hoe. After this, they get either the Mavs or the Hornets, then possibly the Lakers or Jazz, then someone like the Celtics. The NBA got a whole lot tougher this year.

As a Spurs fan I appreciate the compliments, injured. And I have no problem with you rooting against us. It makes some series that much more fun.

This is the same story different verse. Phoenix can not get defensive stops when the game is on the line. The brand of ball they play is fun to watch, but in the playoffs, in the 4th quarter, it's about execution on offense and getting stops. There's no one better than the Spurs.

I've been wondering for some time why D'Antoni has kept his job. He will make a handful of coaching errors each series and it's been proven year after year that his style of game doesn't win in the playoffs.

I chuckle at folks that love to talk about how athletic they are how great Nash is. I agree Nash is a great offensive PG, but he is an absolutely horrible defender. IMO, his offense is negated by the fact that he can't stop anyone. The Suns have enough athleticism to be better defenders....

I literally started laughing when I saw that assist that Ginobili made to Duncan when it was 97-91. What could you do? It was preposterous...behind the head, between two defenders to the open man for a dunk. Unreal.

Don't be fooled. These first two games were extremely close and now the series move to Phoenix and the Suns are now very mad and will be playing harder than ever. Scary times indeed. :(
